The first step for planning your once in a lifetime football/soccer tour is to speak to us direct. Whether you already have your perfect tour itinerary planned, or would like some inspiration totally free of charge on other touring destinations and options, by contacting us we will be able to deal with your requirements on a personal level. Our knowledgeable staff will be able to inform you of the best options to suit your requirements, and then design a tailor made itinerary for you. Simply contact us to discussing your requirements or with your preferred call back time.

 

Having discussed all your requirements in full, our staff will then get to work on your custom-made touring proposal. Within 48 hours you will receive a full proposal with accommodation and destination information, a completed itinerary, services provided and a first price indication. All of our tours are completely custom-made, so if you have any queries or would like any alterations made, all you have to do is let us know and our team will be able to assist.

 

Once you are satisfied with the proposal given, this is when you will begin advertising your tour to players, parents and other staff. To ensure that we take the hassle and headache out of planning, our staff will be able to design your custom-made tour itinerary.

 

Following the previous stage, once you are happy with the tour and want to confirm, you will then be required to inform us. From here we will collate all the information in to a service level agreement which will be sent to you for you to sign immediately. This tour information pack will consist of all services provided, terms and conditions and a payment plan. Our payment plans are designed around our client's requirements. As long as we receive a 30% deposit within 3 weeks of booking confirmation, and the final balance being paid 6 weeks prior to the tour, we will let you decide your installments and payment dates. Your service level agreement will be sent to you via email, and once you are satisfied with all information provided, this will then be sent back to us, confirming your tour.

 

From here we will send you one document including (1) Team Details Form and (2) Passport and Rooming List Template. You will be informed of the dates in which we need to receive all the relevant information in your service level agreement.

 

After these stages, our staff will begin to build your itinerary, keeping you updated every step of the way. We take great care in ensuring that your fixtures and/or (mini) tournament are suitable, therefore we will discuss the level and formats of your sides with you in detail. You will receive your final itinerary and any other required documents 2 weeks prior to your tour. From here all you have to do is sit back and look forward to your tour! If you are travelling abroad, we will meet you at the airport prior to departure to ensure that you check in without a hitch, and then wave you off for your tour. Your tour representative will be awaiting your arrival on the other side, and will be easily visible with Total Soccer Tours’ clothing. Our tour representatives assist with the administration and organisation of your stay at your chosen destination and could be present 24 hours a day on request. We could also provide a female representatives for all mixed or female only groups travelling with us. After your tour, we provide an after-sale service to discuss your thoughts and possible follow-ups.
